3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

Ensuring that the content and information you provide for use on your social media accounts do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws.
Securing the necessary rights or licenses for any third-party content you request us to use on your social media accounts.
Reviewing and approving content as agreed in the service scope to ensure it aligns with your brand and business goals.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, data, and graphics created by Shh Social as part of the Service remain the intellectual property of Shh Social until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of the created content is transferred to you. You grant us a limited license to use the created content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shh Social, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or any content or information provided by you.
